The right kitchen tools make it easier, faster, and more fun to cook. I recommend you buy the best quality you can afford and take proper care of them to ensure they will last you a lifetime. This is a list of tools I use daily/weekly and links to my favorites.

For some tools, I’ve provided links to a few options for different budgets.**

Prep Tools

Cookware:  

(cast iron, stainless steel, copper)

  • Cookware set that includes most of these (or purchase individually): option 1option 2

    • 8-inch sauté pan

    • 10 or 12-inch sauté pan

    • 8-quart stockpot with lid

    • 1 or 2-quart saucepan with lid
