I’m tired of the phrase, you are what you eat. As you probably know, it’s more complicated in that. In Ayurveda thought, we say that you are what you digest.

And digestion goes beyond the food you put in your mouth. In fact, everything that enters the body needs to be digested—whether that’s your lifestyle, routine, career, relationships, or environment.
